We believe people deserve exceptional dental care, regardless of insurance coverage. The PHD Dental Benefits Plans were created to help our patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles at the level of coverage they need.
Insurance
We recommend and offer dental care and treatments that are completely unrestricted by dental insurance limitations. We’ll submit insurance claims on your behalf, but payment will be required at the time of your visit.
Finances
We genuinely care about your oral health and want to help you receive the best care possible. To accomplish this, we will work with you to find a financing option that is convenient and affordable.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING
We also offer in-house financing for qualified patients. Our practice can create a three-month payment plan for most services. Please contact us to learn more about our in-house financing options.
CARECREDIT
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help pay for dental and other healthcare expenses. Through CareCredit, interest-free financing over 6 months is available for patients who qualify. Please contact us if you have questions about using CareCredit for your dental expenses.
PHD KIDS PLAN
ages 12 and under
1 year for $580 (~$48 per month)
- Two cleaning appointments
- Two periodic exams
- Two fluoride varnish treatments
- Yearly digital intraoral x-rays, as needed **
- One emergency exam, including intraoral x-rays
- 20% off all non-cosmetic treatment
- A dive into our toy/prize cart for every appointment
PHD ADULT PLAN
ages 13 and up
1 year for $690 (~$57 per month)
- Two cleaning appointments
- Two periodic exams
- Two fluoride varnish treatments
- Yearly digital intraoral x-rays, as needed **
- One emergency exam, including intraoral x-rays
- 20% off all non-cosmetic dental treatment (fillings, crowns, bridges, additional cleanings, and more)
- 10% off teeth whitening and veneers
- 10% off treatment with in-house specialists (oral surgery, root canals)
- $300 off Invisalign treatment
PHD PERIO PLAN
adults
1 year for $890 (~$74 per month)
- Three periodontal maintenance appointments
- Two periodic exams
- 2-3 fluoride varnish treatments
- Yearly digital intraoral x-rays, as needed **
- One emergency exam, including intraoral x-rays
- 20% off all non-cosmetic dental treatment (scaling and root planing, fillings, crowns, bridges, additional cleanings, and more)
- 10% off teeth whitening and veneers
- 10% off treatment with in-house specialists (oral surgery, root canals)
- $300 off Invisalign treatment
NEW PATIENTS
For new adult patients (age 18 and up), we will make a recommendation on which plan would be best suited for you based on your personalized dental needs after you see us for a comprehensive exam and complete new patient records, including x-rays and 3D intraoral scanning.
